Unbeatable Prices We keep our costs low! As we imports flooring directly from overseas manufacturers and distribute direct to customer without middleman. Also we are not selling expensive commission based sales staff. We are also able to employ the best technology to simplify back office tasks, optimise our stock holding and monitor market trends.

Environmental Policy   A common misconception is hardwood and oak flooring is bad for the environment. In fact alternatives such as carpets use more energy, release more carbon dioxide and waste products than solid hardwood flooring.

Most of our timber is sourced from sustainable sources and our manufacturers are FSC(Forest Stewardship Council) accredited and CE certified supplier.

Considerations on timber flooring   Timber is a natural material and variation in colour, texture and other naturally occurring features occur (ie: gum vein) between pieces and batches of the same species. Sanding and finishing also causes variations in appearance.

Care should be taken in making a selection based on a single sample. In all cases, timber flooring supplied in job lot quantities will contain some variation from job to job and from the samples on display.

Timber flooring, whilst dried during production, continues to take up and give up moisture during its life, depending on environment, aspect and local conditions. In doing so, movement and changes to the surface of your floor are to be expected and will be apparent. This is normal and may include checking and fine cracks on and between boards and some changes in colour. We keep our costs low! As we imports flooring directly from overseas manufacturers and distribute direct to customer without middleman. Also we keep only one size of timber floor with enough volume to cost down when we import from overseas.
